The Cross Garage Gym features a variety of services held in both small group and private settings.

At the Cross Garage Gym, you will not find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Instead you will find a pull-up rig, barbells, rowers and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing and moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. It means that all your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. We recognize that people have specific strength and fitness goals. To help you reach these goals, in addition to our group classes, we offer open gym training times, private coaching.

MMA Sport & Conditioning

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is one of the fastest growing sports and Dave has developed a system that can now be enjoyed by anyone! Sport MMA combines modern mixed martial arts (MMA) techniques and traditional martial arts concepts to enrich the minds and bodies of the participating students.
